Combine Ceiling Turret by Mindphaser

Valve-inspired projects have resulted in some of the best feats of eye-candy we've seen here on bit-tech. From Team Fortress 2 to Portal or Half Life, with such unique and futuristic styling, it's no wonder it's a popular theme. Mindphaser is well on the way to adding his name to the list of quality, Valve-inspired work with Combine Ceiling Turret.



This one looks set to be a fascinating as well as bomb-proof build, with a mini-ITX system housed in an elaborate aluminium frame, mixed with fibreglass. The extensive mounting arms have yet to make an appearance in the project, which started much earlier this year, but Mindphaser seems to be back on track with plenty of progress during September and we have high hopes with this one.



The beginnings of the fibreglass shell are here along with a side window showing a snippet of the internals which also sport a modified Cooler Master CPU cooler.
